4 Day Week - 4 Companies with a 4 Day Week 🔥

A few weeks ago I posted about a drama which was unfolding in the 4 day work week 🍿

Here was the summary:

1. South Cambridge Council started trialing a 4 day work week (100% pay for 80% time)
2. But the UK government wasn't happy...
3. So they told the council to switch back to a 5 day week
4. But the council said no 💪
5. So the UK government threatened to cut their budgets, or to even make changes to the law

Well yesterday, the council posted an update... the full results of their 4 day week trial:

• Staff Turnover: Fell by 39%, saving £371,500 in a year.
• KPIs: 11 improved, 11 remained the same, 2 worsened
• Recruitment: improved
• Employee health: improved

tl;dr:

When they switched to a 4 day week, 90%+ of KPIs improved or stayed the same. Incredible.
