Neil Patel - ​Week 1 of your SEO training

I mentioned earlier this week that I am going to teach you SEO. Not only will we be holding your hand and teaching you everything step by step, but we will also give you the templates and worksheets so you can implement everything on your website.

If you haven't, make sure you watch the following:

• Introduction – this lesson teaches you the basics of SEO. Beneath the video are some PDFs that you need to download (it will help you a lot).
• Keyword research part 1 – you have to watch this as it breaks down the foundation of SEO. If you do this step wrong, everything else won't work. Also, under the video is a link to 220 profitable keywords that you should use.
• Keyword research part 2 – check out this video as it wraps up keyword research. Make sure you fill out the keyword planner worksheet as it will walk you through how to find the right keywords.
