There's a lot of confusion about what a "4 day work week" actually is...

So here's the true definition 👇

• 4 x 8hr days: four "normal length" days - simple as that.
• No loss in pay or benefits: if an employee earned $80k before, they earn $80k after.
• No loss in output: it may seem too good to be true, but it's possible on a 4 day week. Some gains are natural (e.g. Parkinson's Law, lower absenteeism etc) and some are due to engineered changes (e.g. less meetings).

Four normal length days at 100% pay & 100% output is what we are pushing for 💪
