𝕏 released Grok-2 only for Premium and Premium+ subscribers in 2 new models: Grok-2 and Grok-2 mini.

This is how xAI describes them:

"Grok-2 is our state-of-the-art AI assistant with advanced capabilities in both text and vision understanding, integrating real-time information from the 𝕏 platform, accessible through the Grok tab in the 𝕏 app. Grok-2 mini is our small but capable model that offers a balance between speed and answer quality."

𝕏 engineer Chris Park announced that the company is close to releasing a video conferencing platform.

Internally, it's already used to host company meetings. In his announcement, Chris Park said that it provides:

"Already a really strong alternative to Google Hangouts, Zoom, AWS Chime, and certainly... Microsoft Teams."

It seems the new feature will include full video streaming functionality for participants once it’s active.

App researcher Aaron Perris shared a preview of how DM editing will work on 𝕏 for iOS.

The feature is not yet available on other versions of the app. On the web, 𝕏 edits the message but does not indicate ‘Edited.’
