In case you haven’t noticed: It’s Tabletop Week on the Strategist, where I’m the kitchen and dining writer. I’ve spent over a decade working in food media, so I started this project by tapping my rolodex of chefs and recipe developers, home cooks and avid hosts, and designers and prop stylists. I cast a wide-but-carefully selected net, ultimately surveying over 50 people about the items they use when they sit down to eat at home. To keep myself organized (as I and several other writers would eventually use much of this information in a plethora of stories for the site), I created this Google Sheet for myself. And now, we’re sharing it exclusively with you. It’s got a link to every single product, and who sent it. There will be plenty of curated deeper dives featuring these pieces published on the Strategist over the next several days, so keep your eyes out.
