Hi there, We have seen in our previous newsletters about the Dependency Injection framework supported in Spring Boot and the different ways in which we can inject dependencies into our Spring Boot application. But there can be some scenarios, where we may not know which dependency to be injected into our code until runtime. Sometimes we may have to swap our injected dependencies based on the request. For example, based on a user preference we may need to send out notifications to different targets like Email, Push or SMS. But Dependency Injection means we have to define which dependency needs to be injected and how, right? So how do we bring the variation in the beans that we want to inject? In such cases we can make use of the dynamic dependency injection approach. Here we dynamically request the dependency we need from the IoC Container and get an instance of it? In Spring Boot, we can do this in 3 ways.
