Tooltips are presentational
The ARIA tooltip role is functionally useless and semantically meaningless. The only legitimate use-case for tooltips is to show information that’s already accessibly defined. So tooltips only benefit sighted users, and are therefore presentational.

Why state and local governments are failing at digital accessibility
This blog post reviews some of the challenges causing state and local governments to fail at digital accessibility and what they should consider when looking for digital accessibility services.
Quick Tip: Be Cautious with All-caps Text
Using all capitalized text can create accessibility issues, particularly for individuals with dyslexia or visual impairments, as it reduces readability and makes words harder to distinguish by shape. Screen readers may also misinterpret fully capitalized words, reading them letter by letter instead of as whole words. Additionally, all-caps text can slow down reading speed and comprehension for many users, making it less accessible for a broad audience.
