Buffer is moving to a 4-day workweek 📆

Buffer is one of the companies I have looked up to since before I started Krit. Their transparency and company values have been a model for us as we’ve grown. During the beginning of the pandemic, they moved to 4-day workweeks to help their team cope with the turmoil. And now they’re trying it out for the rest of the year. I’m eager to see what they find.

The DTC fitness conundrum 🏋️‍♂️

A couple years ago, much to my chagrine, I fell in love with CrossFit. It was the perfect gym experience for me. I’m a major extrovert, so the social nature kept to me in the gym for the first time ever. I had dabbled with powerlifting, but I didn’t care that much about maxing out my bench press, I just wanted functional fitness.

Man, this guy just gets it. This interviewed reminded me how incredibly gifted he is and how much I’ve missed him. Even though I respect the hell out of him stepping aside and letting other voices rise to the top.
