Buffer is moving to a 4-day workweek 📆

Buffer is one of the companies I have looked up to since before I started Krit. Their transparency and company values have been a model for us as we’ve grown. The DTC fitness conundrum 🏋️‍♂️

A couple years ago, much to my chagrine, I fell in love with CrossFit. It was the perfect gym experience for me. I’m a major extrovert, so the social nature kept to me in the gym for the first time ever. I had dabbled with powerlifting, but I didn’t care that much about maxing out my bench press, I just wanted functional fitness.

Man, this guy just gets it. This interviewed reminded me how incredibly gifted he is and how much I’ve missed him. Even though I respect the hell out of him stepping aside and letting other voices rise to the top.
