Nonprofit literary organizations, magazines, and presses affected by COVID-19 can apply for one-time emergency grants through the Literary Arts Emergency Fund, made possible by support from The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, now through August 7 at 11:59 pm EDT. Learn more and apply here.

The final cycle (Cycle V) of Artist Relief is open now through August 26 at 11:59 pm EDT. If you’re an artist experiencing dire financial need because of COVID-19, apply at artistrelief.org. All artists—including poets and writers—who are 21 and older are encouraged to apply.
