Forbes - The Schoolyard As A Battle Ground

Schools continue to be the new Covid-19 battleground, and the fight is getting dirty. Some students, like a Texas Tech college student partying with Covid-19 caught on video, are making it clear that they are prioritizing a return to normal over the pandemic. In New York, a high schooler was even arrested for attempting to attend in-person classes as a protest against a hybrid classroom plan. Meanwhile, teachers are putting their lives on the line, literally, to keep schools open. Even though a new report showed that government officials encouraged Dr. Anthony Fauci to downplay the risk of Covid-19 transmission from children, at least six teachers in America have died since August due to Covid-19.
