Hi Friends,
A short missive from me to let you know that the Freelance Feels podcast is back after a brief hiatus. Can you call ‘putting it off because it’s hard work podcasting as well as everything else’ a hiatus? Let’s go with it..
I’ve updated the logo and everything! And I’ve set a goal, 10,000 downloads by Christmas. I’ve gone over 5,000 already, so the challenge is ON.
I’m nervous but pleased to share that the pod is back, and the first interviewee is Rob Law, who founded Trunki, a brand you may be familiar with. Rob also has Cystic Fibrosis, and speaks honestly about his personal and professional experiences, including being ‘rejected’ by Dragon’s Den! He sure showed them! He’s got a new book out, 65 Roses and a Trunki which you can order here.
If you enjoy the podcast, please do share, rate or review it, and there will be more coming soon. Here’s the link to Spotify and it’s also on Apple. Search ‘Freelance Feels’ wherever you download pods.. and if you don’t, perhaps you might like to give it a try.
Podcasting can seem like a vanity project, and it can feel like it sometimes, too! It’s not a money-spinner, and it’s time consuming. But I tell you what, it’s also super rewarding. It’s amazing when people open up about their freelance lives to me, and I am so grateful for everyone who already has, and those guests coming up in season 4.
If you want to share the pod, you can tag me on Insta and Twitter @freelance_feels
