60% Organic Traffic Increase for My Website! + 13 Sites for Sale...

Today, I'm going to share an update on my niche site, OwnTheYard.com.

In addition, I'll share a few niche sites that are for sale right now that might be worth taking a look at.

Quick Update on Own The Yard

My niche site project 4 site is still doing well. OwntheYard.com is coming out of the winter months much stronger than it was a year ago.

The organic traffic is 60% higher than it was a year ago at this same point in time:

And even in the past week, if I compare 2 weeks ago to this past week, the organic traffic is up 30%!

Last year, the site saw an significant increase in traffic around mid to late March as the peak season for "backyard stuff" started to happen.

I'm hoping that the recent increases I've started to see are an early increase in this sort of seasonal traffic.

Last year, the ORGANIC traffic peaked at just over 7,000 unique visitors a day in May. Will my traffic see the same sort of rapid increase over the next couple of months?

I can't say for sure, but like I said, my site is already 60% higher than it was last year in late February.

The number of keywords I'm ranking for in Feb. 2021 is already signficantly higher than the number of keywords I ranked for in May 2020.

As weather gets warmer, more and more people will be searching for those keywords I'm already ranking for. So, my THEORY is that my traffic will be higher than it was last May.

We will see!

What have I been working on to see the results?

• Lots of content updates (refreshing content).
• Adding 1 new article a week.
• Site speed / usability improvements
