What ever happened to Niche Site Project 4?

Well, the first quarter of the year has ended! I believe the last time I shared an income update for my Niche Site Project 4 site (Own The Yard dot com) was at the beginning of the year.

So, how did the site do in March?

Great!

Traffic has grown quite a bit as more and more people are starting to venture outside and work or play in their backyards.

That's $2,400 from Amazon Associates and $2,193 from Ezoic display ads.

I've continued to just plug along and add about 1 new article a week to the site and update about 1 old article a week.

The site is nearly 100% hands off for me at this point and has been for quite some time. I pay someone to write the content, update the articles, and stay active on Pinterest.

(Total expenses around $1,000 per month, so its quite profitable).

Last year, the biggest earning months of the year were April, May, and June. I'm guessing that will play out again this year, so I'm excited to see what next quarter brings.

I just wanted to share a little update on Niche Site Project 4 and hopefully provide a little motivation for your own projects.

One area of improvement that I am starting to make on Own The Yard is scanning my Amazon links and fixing bad links or out of stock items.

If a visitor clicks on an Amazon link and it takes them to an out of stock item, you aren't going to make a sale.

As a reminder, Site Buddy is currently offering the Niche Pursuits audience a FREE trial of their premium version.

(You can check out our in-depth review of Site Buddy right here)

This will allow you to scan your entire site and see what issues your site might be having.

Go ahead and scan your site for free with Site Buddy here by using coupon code: LTP30

You will also get a free guide that shows you 10 ways to improve the Amazon affiliate earnings of your site. But this is for a limited time only.

This deal ends soon.

Finally, if you are looking for a site to buy, Motion Invest has several new sites this week to check out.

There are currently 12 sites available on the marketplace right here.

These content and affiliate websites are making anywhere from $129 a month to $5,400 a month.

Overall, I hope you find success in your business and that you have a great weekend.

Thanks again,

Spencer
