The ‘Aha’ Moment

What’s an ‘aha’ moment?

It’s when a user “gets” it.

It’s when a user sees the value in your product.

There can be many aha moments, not just one.

Examples

Think from your user’s perspective:

What are the 1-3 actions that provide them the most value?

Optimize for those actions.

Knowing exactly which action(s) to optimize for can be tricky. I’ll talk more about that in another post.
