Why all the fuss?
In short, ad platforms such as Facebook become significantly less effective when they're prevented from sharing data and tracking online events like purchases and conversions.
How to fix it?
Not so easy, but Facebook has developed the Conversions API to share customer event
data directly from your server back to Facebook. It's not a perfect fix but it's an improvement... 🤷♂️
If you run Facebook ads to ClickFunnels pages, you'll want to keep an eye on this upcoming integration (or use this script) to ensure that your tracking and ad performance is as accurate as it can be.
