MegaMaker - It's a hard time

Hi friends,

It's a hard time in the world right now.

Many of us have been locked down for extended periods of time. Anxiety caused by the pandemic is pressing down. Drama on Twitter seems to be at an all-time high. Plus, there are many regions where internal strife is boiling over.

In the midst of all of this, it's hard to know what you can do.

It's cliché, but the best decision I made for myself was finding a therapist. Four years ago I started regular weekly counseling. These days I generally go every 1-2 months.

Therapy is mental medicine. You don't have to fight stress, anxiety, or depression by yourself. Instead, you have a trained professional in your corner, who can help you process your feelings in a safe environment.

I get a lot of questions (especially from dudes!) about how to find the right counselor. This is what worked for me:
