Münt gives you an alternative to commercialized toothpaste, offering tooth wash tablets instead.

“Münt” stands for “mint” in Estonian.

The dental tablets are made in a European factory, certified with LST EN ISO 13485:2016. 

How it works

Bite the tablet, brush with a wet toothbrush, smile, repeat twice a day.

The toothpaste tablets make your morning routine waste-free. To avoid excess waste, Münt sends refills directly via a mailbox in a compostable paper bag.

The toothpaste tablets are plastic-free and consist of only 8 natural ingredients.

40% of traditional toothpaste is made up of water, which provides an ideal living environment for bacteria.

To keep bacteria away and maintain the liquid shape of the product, preservatives, cranky chemicals, and even heavy metal compounds are used en masse in toothpaste. 

The Team

Based in Tartu, Estonia (my hometown!) — Münt was founded in the autumn of 2019 when four enthusiastic gymnasium pupils started a student company to make the morning routine free of harsh chemicals and environmentally friendly.

The backstory

Münt says farewell to toothpaste tubes that desecrate the environment. — They also plan to develop other hygiene and cosmetic products to sell on the Scandinavian market.
