👻 Google Cemetery, analyses of +100 failed Google products. During the last 3-4 months, we’ve been heads down working on this project. I’m really excited to be finally sharing it with you. Here’s the link.

💀 Losing €150,000 building a community for entrepreneurs. More failures... this time not from Google, but from Fabian, who founded the Young Entrepreneurs Program, a one-year educational program for entrepreneurs aged 17 to 23.

The program saw some early traction, getting 28 customers and growing to 30,000€ in ARR. However, after 2 years and 150,000€ spent, they hadn't found product-market fit and decided to shut down. Here's their failure story.

✍️ Making a living with a niche blog. This is the story of Jason, the guy behind one of the largest running blogs, the #2 most popular running podcast in the US, and a YouTube channel with +45k subscribers.

Jason makes a living out of this blog, which he started in 2010, mainly through selling courses and coaching programs. Currently, the blog receives +200k monthly visits. Read more about his growth journey.

🚀 Validation of Scouth's idea. Last week I announced a new startup I've launched with my brother: Scouth, a productized headhunting service connecting Argentinian talent with international startups.

We're currently validating Scouth's idea. We defined as the success metric to get 3 customers. This weekend we got the first one (which hired us for two positions, so it's actually two in one). If things go well, we are soon closing another one.

Only one customer missing to claim we have a validated startup idea, and it's been less than 10 days since we came with it. I've been documenting the journey on Twitter. You can find it here.
