Now, Bronx, NY-based hospital and healthcare provider Montefiore is rolling out a new platform that creates high quality ads for individual patients to tell their stories, all in the hopes of persuading more of us to consider organ donation. Created with its ad agency Alto, the company's new project "Live And Let Live" is applying traditional advertising tactics used by brands like Nike and Google, to automate the process for individual patients to raising awareness for organ donation and their own stories. Stimulating the stock market: What you need to know

The number of people investing their stimulus checks has quintupled from 9% to 46%, according to a survey conducted by Betterment, an investing and savings app.

It’s a stark contrast in spending patters for the rescue program. Back in March 2020, 57% of respondents dedicated their initial stimulus check to an emergency fund or bills.

For the latest stimulus check, authorized a year later, the increase in recipients investing the money is a positive indicator that people are experiencing more stable finances now than at the start of the pandemic.

The trend is also being driven by increased interest in so-called meme stocks, such as GameStop or AMC, in addition to a general rise in day trading since the pandemic. Almost half (49%) of the investors surveyed by Betterment have been trading for two years or less.
