They built an MVP and got two other agencies to try it out.

But everyone hated their product. It was buggy and hard to use. They blew most of their funding on ads that didn’t work. Growth was painfully slow.

They were doing about $2K per month.

Then they changed the ‘game’:

• Instead of selling to small and medium-sized agencies
• They targeted enterprises and the world’s largest agencies

• Instead of offering free trials and monthly payments
