My co-host, Ed, had an accident last weekend while on a pleasant cycling trip. He broken his jaw, which is now wired shut for a few weeks while he recovers.

It is hard to talk (or even to eat) when your jaw is wired shut. So this week's episode is a solo episode; it is just me behind the microphone.

Ed's accident got me musing on the unpredictability of life, and what we can partly do to make ourselves - personally, and business-wise - resilient when the unexpected happens.

I then do an abrupt change in topic, and issue a challenge for you to do pricing experiment.
