Challenge Weekly - Week 1. Make yourself uncomfortable

Week 1. Cold shower
One of the exercises to achieve happiness is to practice voluntary discomfort consciously. Physical discomfort puts our body in an uncomfortable state and the only thing you can rely on is inner strength. You start appreciating simple things which were out of your attention for a long time, like hot water.

A cold shower is the most simple exercise you can do to create a controlled environment of external discomfort.

Do it.

Rules

60 seconds of the cold shower every day. Every time you take a shower.
Gradually decrease the temperature to the lowest point.

Tip: Start from the bottom of your body up to your head.
