MicroConf - Where Independent SaaS Founders Launch, Meet, Learn, and Grow

Since we launched TinySeed three years ago, we've focused our year-long, remote accelerator on early-stage SaaS companies.

While TinySeed is showing excellent results for early stage SaaS, we've had to turn away many successful startups because our accelerator model is just not the best fit for their unique situation.

Now that we’ve invested in nearly 60 companies and raised $40M through our funds, it has become clear that the next step is to invest in companies that are further along — allowing us to fund and support more founders across the independent SaaS ecosystem.

Today we're excited to announce The TinySeed Syndicate. By creating a network of investors aligned with the MicroConf and TinySeed ethos of building ambitious businesses in a sustainable way, the TinySeed Syndicate will create more opportunities for bootstrapped-minded founders to access capital without needing to rely on the venture capital treadmill.

Who Should Apply to the TinySeed Syndicate for Funding

There are at least three types of companies who would benefit from being funded by the Syndicate:

Startups that are on a proven growth trajectory north of $1M, who might not need the TinySeed Accelerator program and mentorship, and are looking for bootstrapper-friendly capital to level up their business.
Founders interested in selling some of their equity to take a bit of money off the table and de-risk their personal finances.
TinySeed accelerator companies who are raising follow-on capital.
