2021 Update: A Lot Happened This Year...

Pat here, creator of Starter Story. 

2021 was our biggest year so far at Starter Story. 

We have come a long way in the last 4 years, from a small side project to a publication that attracts millions of readers.

One thing - we will be raising the prices for our membership in the new year. Today and tomorrow will be the last chance to get our 2021 pricing. (see the bottom of this email for more info).

2021: Our Year In Review

In honor of transparency, I wanted to share with you some of our numbers from this year:

• This year, 11 million people visited Starter Story!
• We published 939 interviews with successful founders (that’s nearly 3 per day!)
• We added 129K new subscribers to our email list
• We generated $500K in revenue!

Maybe this serves as inspiration for you - because we did all of this with a tiny, bootstrapped team!

And we could not do this without our subscribers. Thank you for your constant support and contributions to this community.

The team has grown too :) Our team consists of more than 12 passionate starters all working together to help founders like you build a better business.

Update: We are raising our membership prices in 2022

Lastly, a heads up, we will be raising our membership prices in 2022.

Starting in the new year, our memberships will increase to $179/year (premium) and $329 (premium plus) - new subscriptions only.

Today and tomorrow, December 31st will be the last day to get our 2021 membership prices.
