Joining a mastermind can add some additional motivation and accountability in the early, pre-revenue days.

How does it work? 

1. You'll complete our Mastermind Matching Application here. It takes about 10 minutes to complete.

2. Then, we'll work our magic (i.e. our proprietary process)to match you up with between 3-5 like-minded entrepreneurs. 

To do this, we focus on a number of key data points and applicant narrative responses to get a feel for each entrepreneur’s experience level, expectations, work and personality styles, and other key criteria that allows us to make informed matches. 

These key data points include: 

• Location
• Time zones 
• Language 
• Experience Level
• Goals 
• Skill Sets
• ARR / MRR 
• Team Size 
• Industry served 
   

3. Then, a real-life human reviews every single application and mastermind group. 

4. Within 2 weeks of the application period closing, we will email you with an introduction, a startup guide, some recommendations on how to begin your first meeting, and a few extra tools that will make it easier for you to start solving the world’s (okay. maybe just your own) problems.

So, how much does it cost? 
We price our Mastermind Matching Service Application based on your self-reported annual revenue.  
 

• Pre-Revenue - $50K ARR = $100
• $50,001 - $250K ARR = $200
• $250K - $1M ARR = $300
• $1M+ = $400
   

Our aim is for buy-in.  If you apply, you should be committed to this process. As a result, we will not offer refunds unless we are unable to match you into a group (and we will offer to retry next application period if we cannot).  

If you quit, are unresponsive, or are otherwise not committed to joining a mastermind, we will keep your money and buy the other members of your group coffee, on you.

Q: Is a mastermind right for me? 
Almost any entrepreneur can benefit from joining a mastermind if they have the right mindset. If you are looking to grow your business or extra accountability, we'd encourage you to apply. 

Q: Do you match non-US-based entrepreneurs? 
Absolutely! To date, we've matched entrepreneurs on every continent except Antarctica and across 20 different time zones. 

Q: My business isn't making any money. Can I join a mastermind for free? 
The mastermind fee is designed to be based on revenue / ARR level. Pre-revenue startup founders pay $100 to join a mastermind. This is designed as a monetary incentive to ensure that all founders are committed to participating in their mastermind. 

Q: What happens if you can’t find a suitable mastermind for me? 
In the unlikely chance we can’t find a suitable mastermind for you, you can either choose to be added back into the next matching pool or get a full refund.  
Q: I got matched with a direct competitor. Will you rematch me? 
A: We go through extensive lengths to make sure we don't pair up direct competitors. However, if something fell through the cracks, just send us an email at support@microconf.com. We'll re-match you right away.
