An easy way to give yourself a headstart on staying hydrated is to drink a whole glass of water right when you wake up. It makes up for water lost during sleep and helps perk you up.

 

Happy Friday! I hope everybody had a good week and you all have an even better weekend lined up. For those of you into the Super Bowl and everything that goes along with it, we have the scoop on this year’s Puppy Bowl as well as some last-minute game-day appetizers for you to whip up.
