Plot twist: Analysts, customers, booksellers react to Amazon closing physical bookstores

Amazon’s retail plot twist comes as a surprise: Book lovers, sellers and Amazon watchers were shocked, dismayed and even delighted by the news that the company will shutter its bookstores and two other lines of physical retail stores.
