Read a Girl #42: “The Beginning of the World in the Middle of the Night”, Jen Campbell

Are you in need of some magic in your life? Or maybe just a break from the chaotic reality we’ve been stuck into for the past two years? Then, my friend, this is the book for you.

Jen Campbell’s “The Beginning of the World in the Middle of the Night” is a collection of modern fairy tales that will take your mind to this whimsical place where there’s no Covid-19 or fear of our civilisation collapsing.

Some might say it’s the perfect book to alienate ourselves from everything happening right now.

Hope this helps!

a spectacularly sad ending

My first book, “a spectacularly sad ending”, is a collection of poetry and prose about heartbreak, loss and survival. It chronicles experiences of love, loss, abuse and grief, and is for anyone who is or ever had to mend a broken heart. It’s available as a paperback and also on Kindle. You can get it here.
