New list of free backlink checking tools
Happy frugal Friday Reader.
As a thrifty person myself, I got to thinking the other day...
I've been blogging a lot about link building lately with various ways for how to get high quality backlinks to your website.
And one of the top strategies you can use is to analyze your competitors' backlinks.
By doing this, you can find new opportunities for getting easy backlinks to improve your off-page SEO metrics, which can then help improve your site's rankings in Google. Plus, you may even spot a pattern that a competitor is using to rank their own content high in the SERPS and then copy it for yourself to get a quick win with SEO.
But there's only one problem with this link building method.
You need a backlink analysis tool to get the job done. And if you're on a tight budget, you may not have access to that kind of software.
And that's when it hit me Reader...
How about I create an epic list of free backlink checking tools that you can use to scan your competitors' sites (and your own for that matter). That way, you can do your own backlink analysis without being locked into a contract.
