Apple Promised Us a Repair Program, Where the Hell Is It?

April 9, 2022

Let’s address a couple of elephants in the room… or uh, newsletter as it were. Anyone who knows me well will tell you that I rarely ever curse (as in you can count the years between instances). Even when I dislocated my elbow last year and had it relocated five hours later, I didn’t utter a single word I wouldn’t want my nine-year-old to hear. I tend to think if you drop profanity into every sentence, it loses all meaning.

So why am I talking about all this? Today’s top story has a curse word right there in the headline. It’s not among the worst, but it’s still there. As Editor in Chief, I allowed it because it’s appropriate. Because there’s the elephant in the room—Apple’s repair program. Or lack thereof. It’s another broken promise from the company that claims to care about its customers and the environment. Hit up the top story for more details.
