Our First Company Gathering!

The team here at daily.dev got to meet in person!

It was an amazing opportunity to get to know each other better, discuss the vision for daily.dev and drink a little bit too much Arak (aniseed flavoured liquor!) 😋

It was action packed:

  • Deployed an update to the app at 1:30am while eating Ramen and drinking Sake
  • An escape room experience (nearly got the record for fastest escape)!
  • Toured the desert in a Land Rover that had done over 600k kilometers (no air conditioning either)!
  • Oh and we nearly persuade Nimrod to buy a 2m tall golden statue with a giant...errm..."third leg" as a gathering souvenir! Unfortunately CEOs are sensible even after a few drinks! Maybe next time! 😂
  • We also did a load of work in the midst of all that and had some great brain storming sessions for future features!

It was an unforgettable experience, we just wish we could do it every week!
