SEO Chatter - The SEO community is arguing again...
I'm not one gossip Reader, but the SEO community is on fire this week.
Here's the what's going on...
A popular guy I follow named Luke Jordan posted a job listing on Twitter.
He's looking for someone with 2 years of SEO experience who can work remotely, manage a team of writers, review submitted content, and do with keyword research. The ultimate goal is to help him grow his top niche website.
The salary for this position is £35k.
And that number is what set the SEO Twitter community on fire. And many of them went on to blast Luke for paying such a low wage.
One of the most charging arguments went something like this:
"Why would I work for so little to make YOU rich?"
And that's a completely valid point.
If you can do quality keyword research and manage a team well, then putting your efforts to growing your own website is the smarter move.
However, that's all based on theory.
And people LOVE to argue about their theories online.
But the truth is most niche website owners are NOT making £35k per year from their websites yet.
Are you?
A lot people would just be happy to clear 500-1,000 per month.
So if you think about it, Luke's job offer is actually a pretty good gig. It's a guaranteed income that allows you to work on what you love from the comfort of your own home (SEO and niche site building) without all of the financial stress that comes along with it. And after a year or two of getting paid by someone else to fine tune your processes, you can hopefully have an effective strategy to grow your future websites with ease.
Anyways...
One the best-kept secrets advanced SEOs use to boost their website rankings in the SERPs is tiered link building.
I'm not sure if Luke would teach you that or not if you joined his team, but today's SEO Chatter blog post divulges this powerful link building method that pro link builder's rarely talk about in public.
Check it out here:
Tiered Link Building Strategy Guide
Who knows... this may just be the missing element you've needed to fast-track your website's success.
Enjoy!
