Man City or Liverpool? AC Milan or Inter?
![]() The Premier League's final day is upon us.
The title, Champions League qualification and safety are still on the line.
All eyes will be on Manchester City and Liverpool but Tottenham still need a win to finish above rivals Arsenal, while Burnley and Leeds head into the last game of the season desperately trying to secure top-flight safety.
Manchester City welcome Aston Villa to the Etihad knowing victory will hand them a fourth Premier League title in five seasons. Any slip-up against Steven Gerrard's men and Liverpool could pip them at the final hurdle. Pep won't be too worried though — his side have won nine of their last 10 games against Villa.
For Liverpool, the equation is simple — win and hope that their former captain's side can cause an upset at the Etihad. Jurgen Klopp's men have a strong record against Wolves, with 10 home wins in a row.
If Tottenham are able to avoid defeat at rock-bottom Norwich they will secure Champions League football for the first time since the 2019-20 season. Their last defeat against the Canaries came in February 2014, but Spurs have lost three of the six games they have played against already-relegated sides.
In the event of an unlikely Spurs loss, Arsenal have the chance to snatch the final Champions League qualification spot with a win at home against an Everton side that secured safety with a dramatic Thursday night win over Crystal Palace.
In the relegation battle, Burnley host Newcastle needing to match Leeds' result at Brentford to secure Premier League football next season.
The Scudetto race is going right down to the wire as fierce foes AC Milan and Inter Milan fight for supremacy on Matchday 38.
Milan will claim their 19th Serie A crown with a point at Sassuolo, but defeat could open the door to allow Inter to retain the title with a win against Sampdoria.
The Rossoneri have lost their last two encounters with Sassuolo, who have scored the third-most goals since the halfway point this term. If the hosts are to have a say in the title race, Domenico Berardi could be key — he has notched more Serie A goals against Milan than any other side.
Inter host Sampdoria knowing all they can do is win and hope for a slip-up from their title rivals. The visitors have scored in each of their last six matches against Inter, but have only won in one of their previous 22 trips to the San Siro to face the Nerazzurri.
Elsewhere, Fiorentina host Juventus in search of Europa League qualification, while Salernitana and Cagliari fight for their top-flight survival when they face Udinese and Venezia respectively.
European qualification and top-flight survival are on the line as LaLiga reaches it's conclusion this weekend.
Villarreal head to Barcelona needing a win to guarantee Europa Conference League qualification — but the Yellow Submarine have lost their last 10 league games at the Camp Nou.
Real Madrid will be looking to go out on a high when they host Real Betis. Manuel Pellegrini's men are winless in 10 league visits to the Madrid region, failing to score in nine of those fixtures.
Cadiz currently occupy the last relegation spot due to their inferior head-to-head record — they travel to Alaves aiming to put pressure on Mallorca in the battle to avoid the drop.
Mallorca will guarantee safety if they are able to beat Osasuna, however they travel to El Sadar having not won in 10 away outings. The previous meeting between these two produced a 3-2 thriller, with Javi Martinez poking home an 88th-minute winner.
Granada also need a victory to ensure safety — they take on Espanyol, who they have only beaten twice in their last 11 encounters. The hosts can find some hope in the fact that the Periquitos have won just once on their travels all season.
