Sticky Notes - My pen prints money.

MONEY TREES ARE THE PERFECT PLACE FOR SHADE.

Several years back, a gent with a thick Belarusian accent called me up, out of the blue, and asked me how much I would charge to travel to Minsk, Belarus and consult with a handful of startups he was heavily invested in.

Three weeks later, my ass was on a 10-hour flight from Chicago to Warsaw, popping Klonnopins and fighting an extraordinarily bad case of imposter syndrome.

I was panicking. I was Googling return tickets. I thought that I was a fraud. I didn't know why anyone in their right mind would pay me a good chunk of change to teach advertising and copywriting.

Thankfully, I found my balls, chugged some coffee, yanked open a naked document and began spilling onto the page everything I knew about copywriting up to that point in my career.

This was the early stages of my copywriting guide: How to write words that sell like a Florida Snow Cone Vendor on the hottest day of the year

At the end of my three-week-long trip in Minsk, the Belarusian investor asked me to see him in his office where he essentially told me that I had kicked ass (in not those exact words).

When I arrived back in the states, I realized I belonged in the proverbial arena that is the advertising big leagues. And, more so, that I had a thing or two to teach.

And so I launched this course (or guide, rather) and held my breath.

To date, it has sold nearly 2,700 copies to everyone from creative directors to entrepreneurs to other copywriters to small business owners like a guy by the name of John Webber who runs a woodworking shop called Carved in Elkhart, Indiana.

How to write words that sell like a Florida Snow Cone Vendor on the hottest day of the year, is a short, punchy, ridiculously sweet guide that'll teach you how to sell like hell with pretty words in less than an afternoon.

In it, we will touch on everything from writing headlines that'll hook your readers, designing sentence structure to be simple and easy to read, unpacking Hemingway's legendary Iceberg Method, crafting a one-of-a-kind brand voice and so much more.

Cheers,

Cole.
