I swear I linked to Tyler Cowen/Daniel Gross’s new book but I can’t find it.
Anyway: I’ve read about half the book. It’s very enjoyable in that it at least give one new ideas on how to approach finding talent. I love being shown “new ways of living” - like oh I didn’t know I even had that option(!) until someone showed me. That’s how this book feels like.
At a meta level it’s also a sort of call to arms to be more interesting yourself, try new things, be curious, and find your unique groove in the world.
