Here’s the biggest opportunity for entrepreneurs — and cities — everywhere else.

I know, I know. I keep hitting you with emails and ideas these days... but I'm not sure what else to do.

Every entrepreneur I meet explains how hard it is to build companies everywhere else. Every investor I meet explains how hard it is to find investable companies everywhere else. Every community leader I meet explains how tough it is to "create" entrepreneurs everywhere else.

And the thing is, all I can see is opportunity: The opportunity to build something people want, from wherever you want, with whoever you want and however you want.

THAT'S HUGE. Because that opportunity didn't exist as recently as 5-10 years ago.

You and I are the luckiest people that have ever lived. And we can't waste that opportunity.

If you're thinking about what you want to do with your career over the next 5-10 years, you need to be thinking about the intersection of offline and online businesses.

In other news, here I am with two cups of coffee. Because having a hot one and a cold one simultaneously is living on the edge. And I'm all about living on the edge.
