Happy Friday! Markets returned to their usual 2022-selves.. going down. Was that it for bear market rally? Time will tell. In other news, Elon said Starlink won't go public for a few more years and numerous space stocks are set to join the Russell indexes. Lets dive in.

1) France has joined The Artemis Accords, becoming the 20th country to sign the US-led multi-lateral agreement.
  • The pact aims to govern how countries behave in space and on the moon and marks one of the most significant endorsements yet.
2) Elon Musk told SpaceX employees Starlink isn’t likely to IPO until "three or four years from now."
  • Per CNBC, Starlink's business needs to be “in a smooth sailing situation” with “good predictability.” He also noted that “the public markets are fickle” and “really pistol-whip you if you don’t meet expectations.”
3) Northrop Grumman ($NOC) has landed a $2 billion dollar multi-year contract with ULA.
  • The contract allows for increased production of its Graphite Epoxy Motor solid rocket booster. The award supports Amazon’s ($AMZN) Project Kuiper and additional ULA customers with increased production and a significant facility expansion.
4) Various Space Stocks will be added to the Russell 3000 and Russell Microcap indices during this year's annual rebalancing on June 27th.
  • Russell 3000 additions include: Astra ($ASTR), Momentus ($MNTS), Planet ($PL), Redwire ($RDW), Rocket Lab ($RKLB), Satellogic ($SATL), Spire ($SPIR), Terran Orbital ($LLAP) and Virgin Orbit ($VORB).
  • Russell Microcap additions include: Astra ($ASTR), BlackSky ($BKSY), Momentus ($MNTS), Redwire ($RDW), Satellogic ($SATL), Spire ($SPIR) and Terran Orbital (LLAP).
