Don't worry, I'm not limping this time. I just need a break and I thought that I should let everyone know that I'll be on break for the month of July what with (1) an increase in workload from the day job and the upcoming date of my one-year anniversary at the company, (2) I'm still helping my family with finalizing the move-out of furniture and other things before selling our old college townhouse, (3) I'm actually picking up steam with that Isekai project (trust me, I'm just as surprised as y'all are), (4) I need to catch up on Substack project development, and (5) I'm going to Otakon (that’s weeb-speak for “east coast nerd convention”) later this month. Now, that may seem like a lot but ultimately I'm just exercising my birthday privilege because it's coming up next Thursday. Oh, and for exact dates, I’ll be back on August 6 with a piece on everything I liked in Q2 (it’s probably gonna be a lot shorter than the Q1 article, I don’t know). Anyway, enjoy the summer before the leaves start to fall, I'll be sure to come back strong, and as always thank you all for your time.
