In this course we look at how easy it is to provide your entire organisation with information on the key performance indicators for your business in a simple and easy to use format using Tableau

During the course you'll be taken step by step through building a simple KPI dashboard and by the end of the course you will have:

• Used imagery and icons within your dashboards to make them more visually appealing and easy to understand.

• Looked at removing unnecessary information and clutter from your dashboards to make them clear and easy to use.

• Expanded on the headline charts from previous lessons to include trends and changes compared to previous periods.

• Used calculations to automatically get the latest results in your data and compare them with previous periods without having to do any manual updates!

• Created a ‘viz in tooltip’ so users can see what is driving results and performance of your KPIs.

• Learned how you can make your charts and tooltips dynamically update based on what users have filtered on.

• Built an organisational KPI dashboard which you can re-use with your own KPIs and use as a template for your own KPI reporting.
