Niche Site Lady - I quit my job and 10X’d my income

When I started a travel blog in 2019...

I had NO IDEA that I could make money from it. 

I’d been working as an SEO manager for over 10 years,

And never managed to make more than $18/hour. 

(This is in the UK, before you call bullshit). 

And that’s not counting all of the hours I ended up working for free…

Because leaving at 5 pm seems to be frowned upon in most office jobs.

Pfft.

No matter how hard I worked,

And how many extra hours I put in,

I struggled to ever get a raise. 

Sound familiar?

Confession time…

When I started my first niche website,

I wasn’t even writing around keywords.

It was a pure hobby blog.

But I soon realised

That if I wrote answers to the questions that people were searching for,

I could generate a lot of traffic.

Once I added display ads to the site,

I realised just how much money I could make.

A lot.

Within 3 years,

My travel blog alone makes me 10X what I ever made in my SEO job.

I’ve never worked for more than 16 hours per week on it.

I’ve started a few more niche websites since.

They're rapidly catching up too.

One of them is for sale for $200,000.

So, why do my niche websites make so much money?

Honestly...

I don’t know anyone who makes more $ per article than I do.

But then...

I also don’t know anyone with my background.

As well as spending 14 years learning SEO on the job,

I’ve also watched over 1,000 hours of blogging videos on YouTube.

This is key.

I’ve used my SEO knowledge to sort this YouTube advice into:

• good
• bad
• downright dangerous.

And now...

I’m sharing my cherry-picked best bits with you.

But, why am I doing this?

Honestly...

I’m so grateful to all of the SEO YouTubers.

They've shared their knowledge for free.

Rather than having to test everything myself,

I’ve been able to let them invest their own time and money

While I’ve sat back

And made notes of their results (or lack of).

Now,

It’s time for me to pay that back to the world
