Making time for your side hustle can be a struggle. These are my favorite tips in this post:

Use vacation days to focus on your passion project
Outsource when possible (getting an assistant has helped me a lot this year)
Work in batches
Match your energy level to the day
Use small pockets of time throughout your day (this has been my mode of operation since day one)
