I have had a terrible, no good, very bad week. Caregiving. Not feeling well. Inflammation. Poor sleep. Busy work week.

Heaviness. Burnout. I’m feeling it.

This #jugglelife that we lead as side hustlers is challenging at times. And some weeks our best will look different.

Some weeks our priorities have to shift. Some weeks the most productive thing we can do is rest. And that’s OK.

It’s important to have grace with ourselves and each other through it all.

If you relate, consider this your permission slip to rest. To do what you need to do to recharge and tend to yourself.

“If your heart is feeling heavy… if your to-do list is feeling monstrous… if you’re sick of starting projects and never finishing… I encourage you to hit the DELETE key on everything and switch to a tiny project instead.”
