What are your client's wants?

How are you going to help them get it?
By creating powerful email campaigns

If we collectively put it together, you'll get:

"We help health and beauty eCom brands make $10,000 additional monthly revenue through powerful email campaigns."

You'll have to go through a few revisions.

But as long as you stick to that framework, your offer will be a killer!

Now that you've defined your offer, you can create the following:

A positioning
A vision
A framework to solve the pain points

3/ Setting your pricing

To set your pricing, there are 2 agency models you can follow:

Performance-based fees - You can charge the client based on the results you get for them.

Good when: You've just started and have yet to build a reputation for yourself OR when you are scaling.
Fixed fees - You can charge clients a fixed amount for the services you offer.

Good when: You have created a reputation in the market and have no hesitation asking clients to pay you $2500-$5000.

4/ Create sub-offers for your main offer

Your main offer is an arsenal to connect with a client's pain points and get them to say yes.

On the other hand, your sub-offer is your answer when the client asks: "So how does it work?"

Going back to the email marketing example -

Your sub-offer will be:

Flows
Campaigns
Lead Generation

Ok here's a disclaimer:

Once you've defined your offer, all the hard work is done!

Hard to believe, right?

All you have to do now is close a client and do the actual work.

If you don't setup task management

If you don't follow up with your recurring tasks

If you don't do the work efficiently.
