Each team member you are working with as well will bring different sets of values based on their own experience that they had as well as adding their personal touch. 

This is not one of the most interesting cards in the deck, but it is one that I need to cover because it is part of the deck.

The Three of Pentacles first appeared in tarot decks in the 15th century and was originally known as the "Lord of Material Things." 

In the 17th century, it became known as the "Three of Coins" or "Three Casks." The three pentacles were also called the "Triumph of Mercury."

When you look at the Three of Pentacles from the Rider-Waite-Smith tarot deck, you will see an image of a stonemason in a cathedral working with his tools. 

There are two architects in front of him as they have the design for their plans. 

Looking at the ceilings, you will see how intricate the designs indicate excellent craftsmanship. 

The stonemason is young and inexperienced and discusses his work with the architects as they listen to and value what he is saying. 

Paying attention to their body cues shows that they are working together and on the same page with their project.

Now, she is getting her business up and running, and she has some marketing ideas; she is consulting with marketing experts and may even work with some whom she met through her business networks.

The Three of Pentacles reversed means that you are not aligned with your other team members, and there is disharmony and a lack of cooperation. 

As a result, the team has failed, and you end up working alone. 

You see many examples of that when it comes to school projects. 

The groups do not always work together cooperatively, and then the next thing you know, one member ends up doing at least 90 percent of the work. 

That is an example of the Three of Pentacles reversed. 

Sometimes it can also be as simple as a project that you thought you would need help with, but you ended up being able to complete it yourself.

You can get lists of reputable sitters and companies that can run errands for you for a fee if you are bogged down with taking your child to appointments, for example. 

Exchange ideas with other moms as you may find they have some good ones for self-care and raising kids. 

That is an example of how this card can apply to you because it does take a village to raise a child.
