Studio News

• The future of web3 🔗 Florent Quinti, founder at 3founders, laid out his vision for the future of web3 in an article, and gives an insight into the studio’s ambitions. He argues that NFTs are much more than speculative collectibles, but rather a means of turning a new generation of consumers into long-lasting customers.

• September Demotime 🎉  Core Team members and founders alike convened for our Q3 Demotime in Paris this Wednesday. We got to see the latest and greatest from elba, Roundtable, Cohort and Marble, not to mention some of our soon-to-be revealed projects. It was a fantastic moment to catch up with projects and people ahead of the busy months to come.

• Intercom at eFounders HQ 📢 We were treated to an inspiring talk by Des Traynor, Co-Founder of Intercom at our Paris HQ, who gave his insights into how to stay a startup even as you scale. Meanwhile, Stan Massueras, VP Business Development & Partnerships at Intercom, delved into new acquisition channels, highlighting the importance of partnerships.

• Roundtable takes off 🚀 Roundtable (eF21) just launched their community-driven, private investment platform that will democratize investments in startups by enabling any individual to pool their capital with their peers and invest in startups together. And this is just the beginning.

Highlights from past batches

• Multis opens for business 🏁 After a year of hard work behind-the-scenes, Multis (eF18) launched its first corporate cards and banking accounts designed for web3 earlier this month. From now on, US-registered businesses can start spending their crypto treasury on goods and services via the platform.

• Collective is on a roll 🙌  Almost a year after raising an $8 million seed round back in December 2021, Collective (eF21) is on a roll with 700+ collectives formed on their platform 2 000+ clients including ContentSquare, Skello and Spendesk and 30+ talents now working with them to build the future of freelancing.

• Product of the Week 🎉 Cycle (eF19) not only made it to Product of the Day, but also Product of the Week on Product Hunt back in July, receiving well over 1000 upvotes. They’re taking product management to the next level, and we couldn’t be more proud of Mehdi Boudoukhane and the team for what they’ve accomplished so far.

• Amine talks Crew 🎙️ Co-Founder & CEO of Crew (eF19) Amine Skalli sat down with Alex Delivet for his podcast SaaS Connection to chat about how the recruitment CRM goes beyond traditional solutions, what his time at YC taught him and his ambitions for the startup’s future.

• Swan takes Berlin 🇩🇪 Swan (eF19) recently expanded their operations, opening their second European home in Berlin. With this expansion, the banking platform seeks to grow alongside its customers in Europe’s largest economy, building upon its existing 50 business customers in eight European countries.
