Yes - If the Federal Government is not going to come up with and enforce a modern immigration system that eliminates the idea of widespread "undocumented" immigration, then absolutely it makes sense to spread the burden of caring for these American hopefuls. Ideally there would be a system, though, that has a clear highway of step 1 to step whatever, bringing these individuals to the employers who need them in a civilized way. America needs the hands, though you'd not know it with how the media goes on and on. Right now these immigrants are a burden. But with the right system, immigration could be a huge opportunity for them and for our country.


No - Undocumented immigrants should be the problem of border patrol and they should have more funding to put people in hotels nearby ...
