Hi Bloomer-- first of all, congratulations on knowing that you needed to make a change to better nourish yourself. Being able to sustain yourself and find joy in your career is so important.
​
You present three different paths/ callings. And are correct in saying you cannot do all three. At least, not at the same time. After all, how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
​
I would start by asking yourself what is a reasonable period of time to commit to trying one path and seeing if it's for you? Depending on how comfortable you are with change, this could be anywhere from 3 months to 3 years. You get to pick.
​
Once you've identified your timeframe, it's time to make a decision. Knowing that there is no right or wrong, where do you want to go next? I'd encourage you to keep in mind that you left your last job because of "low pay, burnout, and inability to advance within the organization." It's just like dating...you want to be aware of your patterns so that you don't just leave one partner to find another with the same faults.

Finally, there are many tools available to help you make this decision. I am a big fan of the Ikigai, a framework for you to find your "reason to jump out of bed in the morning". I would also encourage you to turn off your thinking brain and listen to your soul through a guided visualization or other energy-based exercise. Working with clients, I am always amazed at how much our subconscious knows!

Life is filled with possibilities-- remember that this decision is just your next step. The step that will come after this is most likely not even on your list yet...keep yourself open to how life unfolds for you. That's what makes it so beautiful! You are already on your path.
