In less than a month, the 2022 World Cup is set to kick off. 

Across 29 days, from November 20th to December 18th a drama of breathtaking magnitude is set to unfold in the desert state of Qatar. It’s the ultimate stage, with the champion guaranteed hero status back home, and a place of eternal glory in football folklore. 

Yet, which nation ends up lifting the trophy is just one of many storylines this World Cup Final has to offer. 

From a 17-year-old Pele in 1958 to another teenager known as Kylian Mbappé 60 years later, the World Cup has often been defined by some of the youngest participants on the field. It has the capacity to take an individual previously unknown, and in mere 90 minutes transport them into the realms of superstardom.
