Ok y'all! Some weird sites considering all the updates we have seen in the last few months! So this week I want to try something a little diff and just highlight some interesting deal flow I see! Ill highlight things I see, and some might not be great, but we can see whats on the market!

It was built an expired domain, but this is a great way to get your hands dirty and start figuring out how to change things around in WordPress, and do keyword research, create content etc etc.

• The top 10 keywords dropped in September 2022 (according to Ahrefs).
• 74% of the current ranking keywords have informational intent (according to SEMRUSH). The buyer can focus on creating more affiliate content moving forward and can improve the content that already exists.
• There is a missing chunk of Google Analytics data from May 2022 to July 2022.
• Site is currently monetized via Amazon with the opportunity to expand into other monetization methods.
• The site is built on an expired domain.

Site is just using adsense, would switch if over to ezoic immediately to quickly increase revenue.

The content is VERY poorly written. Any buyer would need to clean it up ASAP.

Several red flags for a newbie here, but for the right person could be a little win. Buyer beware.

Rev has been increasing and site looks good to me as far as due diligence

Worth noting the seller spends 20 hours a week on the site. This looks like a great site! BUT it is a part time job! (could always hire someone to run it)

As always...do your own due diligence, the above is based off of what I see as an opportunity from the info provided in the listing and some light due diligence, not a deep dive. It just one of many scenarios that could play out and its up to you to do your own due diligence and see if this makes sense for you!

It seems that there’s a dark corner of the internet that’s decided that tooth care just doesn’t serve them correctly. This weird faction hangs out on Twitter, and is a rare breed who believes that taking care of your teeth… is all just a part of dental scams.

Apparently, all the things involved in tooth brushing and modern dentistry is a scam, too, designed to prevent the cells in your brain from functioning correctly.

So, the team got together to hash out dental scams and take a brief walk-through of possible entrepreneurial opportunities in this “niche’, in true Builders.Build fashion.
