Microns - Growth hack #2 — experiment with SEO

Ilya Novohatskyi

Hey guys.
This week we finally finished our first transaction via concierge service. This helped us validate the service and find things to improve. I’m excited about what will be next.
So this week, you’ll learn about the importance of SEO, how to securely acquire digital assets, and a list of newsletters to read.
P.S. thank you to everyone who supports Ukrainian refugees in this challenging time 🇺🇦

Now let’s crack on with the newsletter ☕️
🌱 Growth snack
Today I’ll share with you another growth channel I use and like. It’s called SEO.
I designed Microns with SEO in mind to help more people discover digital assets worth acquiring. In addition, I wanted to help small entrepreneurs worldwide to google for startups they need to power up their existing businesses.
We steadily receive organic traffic from Google by writing blog posts, interviewing people, publishing new listings on the site, and writing suitable copy for our target audience. But, of course, besides this, you should optimize your site to rank better.
My primary learning: you need to become a thought leader and expert in your niche. And you can achieve this by sharing your knowledge and experience in your blog.
Only in November, we received 469 clicks and around 10k impressions. It took us one year to achieve this.
You need to research and analyze if SEO is suitable for your project and worth the effort. Because it’s a long-term game, you need to be patient to get meaningful results.

The first project sold with the help of our concierge service
We finished our first transaction via concierge service at the start of this week. It was a small transaction but, at the same time incredible experience for us.
I hope the buyer will grow this startup further and return his investments in a couple of months. And the seller will continue to develop a new project he has already started.

I just bought my first micro startup through @micronsio, and I am blown away by the quality and value of the investment! The process was seamless, and the support team was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend #Microns to anyone looking to launch a new business. #microstartup
I’m glad that the service we launched helps people facilitate safer and faster transactions. It removes the friction that existed before by handling legal parts, money transfers, and providing 24/7 support. So if you’re looking for a guarantee while acquiring digital assets, we encourage you to use our concierge service.
P.S. a few days ago, we received a second request for a new transaction.
